Time and Attendance

The processes that employers use to keep track of how many hours their employees put in are referred to as time and attendance. Timesheets, time clocks, and other tools for keeping track of employee hours are all examples of this. Systems for time and attendance are crucial for ensuring that workers follow company policies and are paid accurately.

Companies must adhere to time and attendance-related labour laws in the United Arab Emirates. For instance, organizations should furnish their employees with a day-to-day rest time of no less than one hour after each five back-to-back long periods of work. In addition, employers are required to keep accurate records of employee hours worked and provide pay slips to employees detailing their total hours worked and earnings.
